Create precision mechanisms, enclosures, and assemblies using 3D CAD; integrate motors, encoders, sensors, and controls; perform tolerance, kinematics, structural and thermal analyses; build and troubleshoot prototypes; produce drawings, GD&T, BOMs, and design records; collaborate with manufacturing, suppliers, regulatory teams, and stakeholders to commercialize reliable products.

Develop and maintain PREEMPT-RT Linux real-time embedded software for automated electromechanical systems. Design interfaces between firmware, DSPs, sensors and applications; implement drivers, system services, and deterministic middleware; integrate EtherCAT-based motion control, machine-vision/Edge AI, and HMI; perform architecture, testing, prototyping and supplier collaboration to deliver field-ready automation products.

Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile, web, and cloud services for connected IoT products. Build RESTful APIs, secure data flows, BLE device connectivity, AI-assisted interfaces (RAG/LLM), CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with firmware, hardware, and data teams to deliver production-ready solutions.

Serve as a technical AppSec expert to identify, validate, and reduce application security risk via SAST/DAST/SCA and manual testing, threat modeling, secure design reviews, CI/CD tool integration, remediation validation, and security enablement across development teams.
