Build scalable recruiting processes, diverse talent pipelines, assessment practices, employer branding initiatives, and recruiting technology capabilities. Advise executives and hiring managers, manage candidate experience and external search partners, analyze recruiting data, and lead, coach, and develop the Talent Acquisition team in a fast-growing environment.

Lead full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, contractor engagement, onboarding coordination, and candidate experience. Partner with hiring managers, HR, business leaders, agencies, and staffing vendors to develop hiring strategies, build talent pipelines, track recruiting metrics, and support workforce planning. Improve recruiting processes and maintain accurate talent acquisition reporting in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

Partner cross-functionally to commercialize new products, measure post-launch performance, and influence senior leadership with data-driven insights to grow market share.

Lead and build Frida's Insights function to drive consumer, shopper, brand, and market understanding. Design and execute qualitative and quantitative research, manage syndicated data and vendor partners, develop brand tracking and measurement frameworks (MMM, attribution), translate insights into executive recommendations, and embed consumer-led decision making across Brand, Innovation, Product, and Commercial teams.
