Serve as a client-facing strategic partner for Viant's self-serve DSP users: drive platform adoption, manage and optimize campaigns, deliver training, provide data-driven recommendations, troubleshoot technical issues, collaborate cross-functionally, and support client growth and retention.

Lead and mentor a NYC-based agency sales team to drive new business and expand client relationships. Coach sellers, support prospecting and deal-closing, provide revenue forecasting and market insights, partner with internal teams for onboarding and client success, present product demos, represent the company at industry events, and relay customer feedback to inform product improvements.

Lead forward-looking financial planning, oversee the consolidated 3-statement operating model, manage forecasting/budgeting and scenario analysis, support quarterly earnings and Board materials, provide M&A pro forma and integration analysis, and manage/develop a Senior Manager while producing executive-ready financial insights and models.

Lead and grow the Denver sales team to exceed revenue targets by coaching sellers, driving new business, managing client relationships with agencies and brands, partnering cross-functionally for onboarding and success, delivering forecasts and market insights, and representing Viant at industry events.

Sell Viant's DSP to media agencies and advertisers in the Los Angeles market. Prospect new business, manage agency relationships, meet revenue quotas, negotiate long-term contracts, cross-sell products, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions to client marketing objectives.

The Sr. Manager, Compensation oversees compensation cycles, ensures data integrity, market pricing, compliance, and collaborates cross-functionally with HR and Finance to streamline compensation strategies and analysis.
