Drive profitable growth across assigned Federal territory by developing strategic customer relationships, creating new business, leading capture and cross-functional teams, advising on cloud, AI, cybersecurity, and infrastructure solutions, managing pipeline and forecasts, and ensuring successful transition to delivery.

Lead strategic sales into State, Local Government, and Education accounts by prospecting, building executive relationships, managing complex RFPs and contracts, and closing multi-year IT solutions deals to meet quota. Drive account expansion, coordinate cross-functional pursuit teams, maintain CRM and forecasts, represent Trace3 at events, and deliver technology-aligned outcomes.

Lead multiple enterprise system implementation projects from charter through post-implementation. Manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, UAT, cross-functional teams, vendors, and executive reporting. Facilitate requirements, process mapping, and solution design, run Agile stand-ups, and ensure transition to steady-state operations while driving stakeholder alignment and adoption.
