Design and evolve Fender's web experiences across Shopify sites by translating business goals into user-centered UI/UX solutions, scaling responsive design systems, collaborating with product and engineering, presenting work to stakeholders, and balancing large initiatives with iterative optimizations.

Own Fender.com growth and optimization: analyze site and funnel performance, run A/B and multivariate tests, prioritize test roadmap, provide data-driven recommendations, build business cases, and report results to influence Product, UX, Merchandising, and Marketing.

Develop SKU/channel forecasts and convert unit forecasts to monthly revenue plans across a 12–24 month horizon. Use statistical models, analyze demand and inventory metrics (MAPE, fill rate, slow moving/excess), support SIOP, communicate risks and alternatives, coordinate with Sales/Marketing/Supply/Finance, manage SKU status in SAP, and create tools and reports to optimize forecast accuracy and inventory.

Serve as a strategic HR advisor for Phoenix-based teams, partnering with leaders on talent strategy, performance, workforce planning, employee relations, investigations, and change management. Manage full employee lifecycle, ensure compliance with employment laws, leverage HCM systems for data and reporting, drive engagement and culture initiatives, and support special projects and events.
