Support advancement, automation, and sustaining of finishing production systems (paint, sanding, curing, polishing). Translate manual processes to system requirements, lead automation projects with vendors, maintain process controls, execute containment and continuous improvement, develop DVT plans and PFMEA, and collaborate with NPI, R&D, and operations.
