Coordinates employee experience, talent sourcing and recruiting, studio hospitality, office operations, purchasing, events, onboarding logistics, and shipping. The role supports candidate pipelines, outreach to employees and creative talent, culture initiatives, studio amenities, vendor and building relationships, and occasional errands while maintaining a welcoming, organized workplace.

Lead client relationships and serve as strategic advisor for national/global brands. Guide internal teams on creative strategy, manage project planning, budgets, scopes, timelines, and profitability, oversee client experience and presentations, identify growth opportunities, and drive agency-wide process improvements while staying current on youth culture and trends.

Develop and execute culture-led brand campaigns across social, community, retail, influencer, and IRL activations. Translate trends and insights into creative strategies, lead cross-functional teams to build execution plans and assets, craft briefs and influencer concepts, script social content, maintain creative excellence and budgets/timelines, mentor colleagues, and travel occasionally for activations and events.
