We're looking for a Creative Strategist with 4–6 years of experience to ideate and execute culture-led campaign experiences across integrated campaign channels, with an emphasis on social, community, and activations. This role sits at the intersection of brand marketing and creative storytelling, turning trends into action, generating breakthrough ideas, and engaging consumers and brand communities online and off. 


Responsibilities 

Creative Strategy & Concept Development 

  • Lead the translation of brand strategies and campaigns into consumer-first creative strategies that create attention and affinity for brands.
  • Turn cultural trends, audience insights, and brand objectives into compelling creative campaigns and execution plans across retail, digital, social, influencer, and IRL activations
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with producers, designers, and community managers to build execution plans and toolkits that bring ideas to life.
  • Own the development of visually strong, narrative-driven presentations, earning buy-in and excitement around creative solutions.

Creative Stewardship

  • Guide projects from idea to execution, upholding creative excellence at every stage.
  • Define creative asset needs (copy, video, design) and brief the design team for successful delivery.
  • Craft influencer concepts, write talent-facing briefs, and review content.
  • Ideate, script, and guide production of socially native content.
  • Support development of creative briefs, campaign concepts, presentations, and client materials.
  • Bring fresh ideas and cultural references to brainstorms.
  • Partner with the team to track progress and keep projects on time and on budget.
  • Travel occasionally for activations and events.

Agency & Culture Contribution

  • Champion curiosity, craft, and collaboration within the team, contributing to Archrival’s creative culture.
  • Mentor and inspire colleagues by sharing fresh thinking, creative perspectives, and storytelling craft.

  • Strong understanding of marketing at retail with social and digital extensions.
  • An affinity for creative ideation and love contributing unique ideas to brainstorms.
  • Curious, energetic self-starter with an appetite for fresh, new approaches and ideas.
  • Exceptional communicator who interacts with clients and colleagues in a positive and inspiring manner.
  • Obsessed with details and creative excellence; experience in copywriting or art direction a plus.

Skills Required
