The ServiceNow Engineering Leader will oversee the enterprise ServiceNow platform, ensuring effective architecture, administration, and operational excellence across ITSM, BCM, and Security Operations.

Lead oversight of specialty claims TPAs across casualty, property, inland marine, excess/umbrella, and professional liability. Manage TPA performance, contracts, audits, high-exposure cases, authority levels, and claims adjusters. Drive compliance, analyze claim trends for cost savings, participate in selection/onboarding, and develop team talent.

Support preparation and validation of quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc financial reports across GAAP, Statutory, IFRS, and K-ICS. Reconcile data, improve and automate reporting processes, analyze trends, document processes and controls, and collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Premium Operations, and Actuarial teams to meet executive and parent-company reporting needs and audit requirements.

Provide legal and strategic counsel on complex commercial liability coverage issues. Interpret policies, draft coverage opinions and reservation of rights letters, manage coverage litigation and outside counsel, advise claims and underwriting on exposure and settlement strategy, and collaborate on policy language and training for claims professionals.

Lead IT Operations including Help Desk and midrange systems teams to ensure reliable end-user, infrastructure, and enterprise platform services. Own vendor/contracts, manage IT operating budget, support audits/compliance, coordinate network circuits, drive modernization and selective AI-enabled tooling adoption, and manage site build-outs, business continuity, and platform administration oversight.

Adjudicate Credit Protection and Debt Cancellation claims by reviewing documentation, determining eligibility, and entering outcomes into systems. Balance inbound customer service (40-60 calls on call days) with claims work, investigate potential fraud, maintain audit-ready files, ensure regulatory and policy compliance (including privacy/HIPAA), meet productivity and quality targets, and support cross-functional teams to improve processes and customer experience.

Serve as first contact for policyholders, managing 40-60 inbound calls daily while performing FNOL reporting and claims administration (data entry, document processing). Coordinate with adjusters, agents, and departments, maintain customer relationships, and support multiple channels and shifts across various lines of business.

The Senior Network Engineer oversees the organization's network infrastructure, ensuring security compliance and efficient maintenance. Responsibilities include designing secure network architectures, managing cloud networking, troubleshooting issues, and enforcing security policies.

The Senior Staff Accountant manages commission statements, reconciles accounts, prepares journal entries for reporting, and collaborates with various teams to ensure accuracy.

Own full-cycle account reconciliations, prepare monthly journal entries and close activities, analyze operating results, resolve complex reconciling items, support audits, and drive process improvements while collaborating with investments, risk management, and tax.
