Design, implement, secure, and optimize a Kubernetes platform using GitOps, automation, Infrastructure-as-Code, and CI/CD. Improve scalability, reliability, monitoring, alerting, and platform performance while reducing technical debt. Collaborate with development teams, evaluate platform capabilities, and advise government personnel and product owners. The role supports cloud and air-gapped environments and requires an active TS/SCI clearance.

Prepares and analyzes program cost forecasts, budgets, financial reports, revenue recognition, billing support, and expenditure reconciliations.
