Designs, develops, tests, deploys, and modernizes secure web applications in DoD RDT&E environments. Supports Azure and AWS cloud infrastructure, GitLab CI/CD, Docker and Kubernetes deployments, Helm charts, secrets management, automation, troubleshooting, and secure software development. Collaborates with government, infrastructure, and cybersecurity stakeholders; contributes to architecture, compliance, technical documentation, modernization, and operational improvements.

Manage NTCSS Virtual Environment and NALCOMIS systems supporting Navy Reserve aviation logistics operations. Provide onsite administration at NAS JRB Fort Worth and remote support to aviation detachments, Fleet Readiness Centers, and squadrons. Responsibilities include systems and network administration, database administration, LAN and telecommunications support, desktop configuration, operating system and software administration, and support for aviation maintenance configurations including O-level and I-level NALCOMIS, OOMA, and OIMA systems.

Manage daily and monthly accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger, budgeting, accruals, reporting, project cost tracking, billing, revenue recognition, and cash-flow forecasting. Maintain DCAA-compliant accounting systems, calculate indirect rates, support proposal pricing, and ensure compliance with GAAP, FAR, DFARS, and Cost Accounting Standards.

Apply systems engineering and data analysis to construct reliable data products, analytic models, and interactive dashboards (Qlik, Streamlit) using DoD analytics platforms (Advana). Curate and standardize force management data, translate operational needs into requirements, support lifecycle planning, integration, documentation, and stakeholder training for DoD decision support.
