The Senior VoIP / Network Engineer will design VoIP solutions, manage network infrastructure, troubleshoot voice issues, and mentor junior staff. Experience with Cisco UCCE is preferred.

The role involves assisting with digital transformation initiatives, analyzing requirements, preparing cloud migration blueprints, managing cloud infrastructure, providing training, and supporting users across various applications and systems.

Lead and operate the RPA automation platform ensuring high availability, incident management, bot monitoring and troubleshooting. Manage UiPath platform and infrastructure needs, coordinate with cloud, security and support teams, maintain SLAs, and provide on-call/CST-shift support while engaging stakeholders and managing deployments and code reviews.

Design and develop new software and major revisions, define product requirements, create high-level architecture, ensure feasibility and integration with existing systems, and support digital transformation initiatives.

Design and develop healthcare integration solutions using a Health Enterprise Service Bus and Rhapsody. Build interfaces, create custom filters/mappers/translations, implement SOAP/REST APIs and HL7-based integrations, perform HL7/FHIR/CDA/XML/JSON transformations, and support system design, code reviews, message tracking, and SDLC documentation to enable secure data exchange across healthcare systems.
