Lead design and scale of global post-sales growth programs to drive customer adoption, retention, and expansion. Build measurement frameworks, operating cadences, stakeholder alignment, and field-facing playbooks. Translate insights into repeatable programs, partner with RevOps, Data Science, Sales, Finance, and regional teams, and operationalize initiatives from strategy through execution.

Own end-to-end marketing campaign operations and lead management: build and launch campaigns in Marketo/Customer.io and SFDC, maintain campaign templates and QA, manage deliverability and data hygiene, define and debug MQL/MQA routing, monitor funnel and system health, and partner with SDRs, RevOps, and agencies to scale processes and tooling to increase pipeline throughput.

Own and scale Notion's internal CX knowledge system: design information architecture and governance, ensure content accuracy and freshness, build reusable modular content, supervise AI-assisted content automation, and partner cross-functionally to enable support readiness and improve support quality and efficiency.
