Manage submission and resubmission of electronic invoices and accruals via e-billing platforms, support client transitions to e-billing, maintain billing data, troubleshoot e-billing issues, and perform ad-hoc analyses of client accounts and collections.

Provide high-level administrative support to executives including complex calendar and international travel coordination, confidential information oversight, document editing/transcription, job ticket tracking, training and mentoring junior admins, client interaction, troubleshooting, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Lead and manage law-firm office services delivery, overseeing people and operations, meeting SLAs, using Engage and data for reporting, managing P&L and staffing, driving continuous improvement, client relationship management, and handling full employee lifecycle.

Lead and manage a large-scale legal eBilling operation and team (~37), ensuring service delivery, SLA attainment, P&L performance, process optimization, client satisfaction, reporting, and continuous improvement across Aderant BillBlast and vendor eBilling platforms.
