Lead day-to-day operations for client accounts, ensuring service delivery, team development, financial oversight, and continuous improvement. Manage staffing, SLAs, client relationships, P&L, reporting, and implementation for multi-service contracts while driving quality and growth opportunities.

Supervise day-to-day document production and word processing teams onsite, ensuring quality, SLA adherence, staffing and workflow management. Provide front-desk and concierge services, lead and direct reception staff, manage guest arrivals and escalations, book meeting rooms and transportation, coordinate vendors and catering, maintain reception inbox and reports, ensure quality assurance and client satisfaction, and support occasional evening client functions while adhering to company and client policies.

Sell RRD's products and services by generating leads, prospecting, and building customer relationships. Qualify customer needs, negotiate orders, forecast in Salesforce, create sales plans, mentor junior reps, and collaborate with internal teams to meet revenue targets.

Lead and manage an infrastructure engineering team while performing hands-on system engineering across hybrid environments. Oversee datacenter lifecycles, migrations, capacity planning, virtualization (OpenStack, LXD, KVM, ESXi), storage (CEPH, SAN, PureStorage, S3), automation (Puppet, MAAS), and identity services. Drive project prioritization, budget input, staff development, and operational reliability.

Provide advanced document production and word-processing services, troubleshoot software/hardware, perform quality assurance, train junior staff, manage intake and workflow, meet client deadlines, handle confidential materials, and communicate with clients and team to ensure accurate, timely delivery.

Lead a small onsite team providing document production and secretariat support. Oversee workflows, quality control, client relations, staffing, training, governance materials, and continuous process improvements while acting as a hands-on supervisor.
