Lead on-site hybrid operations for legal/document services, managing people, service delivery, P&L, client relationships, continuous improvement, staffing, reporting, and contract compliance.

Lead and coordinate an office services team to intake, prioritize, and complete client requests; manage timekeeping and staffing, ensure quality assurance, train staff, maintain equipment and supplies, support reception/AV/mail services, and handle client issues.

Prospect, cold-call, visit customers, assess needs, negotiate and close deals, forecast in Salesforce, develop account plans, mentor junior reps, and collaborate with internal teams to meet revenue targets and provide excellent customer service.

Design and produce high-quality pitch books, presentations, and client materials using PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite. Create templates, infographics, charts, and multi-page documents, manage workflow and tracking, collaborate with team members, train staff, handle confidential materials, and occasionally work with motion graphics or video.
