Supports the Treasury team by preparing borrowing requests, evaluating asset eligibility for credit facilities and securitizations, producing loan buyer performance reports, assisting with investor materials and financing transaction due diligence, and managing third-party banking and securitization relationships. The role requires strong financial analysis, Excel skills, attention to detail, communication, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Supports treasury and capital markets operations by producing bank, investor, liquidity, and financing reports; processing cash allocations and borrowing requests; assisting with liquidity forecasting, compliance reporting, audits, and resolution of funding exceptions. The role requires strong analytical, accounting, Excel, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with occasional extended hours but no travel.

Maintains financial reports, forecasts, liquidity projections, vintage cash flow models, and five-year financial models. Analyzes loan returns, defaults, recoveries, budget variances, and forecasts; supports accounting calculations; reviews external reports; and prepares quarterly financial materials for leadership and the Board of Directors.

Develop and maintain dealer relationships to enroll new dealerships, educate dealers on lending programs, review and process dealer agreements, provide timely customer service, track signup objectives, maintain electronic records, and support cross-functional projects.

Lead Learning & Development strategy by partnering with leaders to assess needs, design and deliver instructional programs, supervise Training Specialists, manage L&D operations, vendor relationships, and evaluate program effectiveness.

Identify and prioritize AI opportunities, evaluate enterprise AI and workflow automation tools, build and deploy AI-powered solutions, and measure their business value. The role partners with stakeholders, documents and transfers solutions, trains business users, maintains governance and security alignment, and tracks initiative outcomes. It requires independent problem-solving, cross-functional communication, process improvement expertise, and hands-on experience with modern AI tools, APIs, SQL, Python, and Snowflake.

Support execution and continuous improvement of the Internal Audit Program: assess risks and controls, develop and run testing procedures, report findings, track remediation, and recommend control improvements while maintaining audit documentation.

Review and calculate applicant income and supporting documents for loan funding, ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines, communicate documentation needs with dealerships, log and maintain electronic records, correct contracts and verify collateral, and meet turnaround and volume targets while supporting cross-team collaboration.

Support the recoveries department by maintaining electronic records, validating customer data, preparing legal documents and affidavits, coordinating with law firms and vendors, performing QA for compliance, managing inventories using Power BI/Excel, and assisting with training and process improvements.

Handle complex escalated customer cases using loan-process knowledge; support frontline associates, resolve disputes, explain loan details, identify root causes, recommend improvements, assist with training and maintain records.
