The role is fully onsite with rotating Saturday and evening shifts, and includes base pay plus performance bonuses.

Analyzes internal business problems across sales, loan origination, customer service, collections, and loss prevention. Recommends process improvements using risk, default probability, capacity, cost, and market analysis. Supports Monte Carlo simulation tools, controls, reports, databases, and applications. Presents findings to management and senior leaders while helping improve customer experience and competitiveness.

Supports HR administration, benefits documentation, onboarding, employment records, recruiting, background checks, college recruiting, career fairs, employee referrals, and learning and development. Maintains training curricula, applies adult-learning best practices, supports learners, and measures training effectiveness. Requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, adaptability, motivation, and a bachelor’s degree with basic HR knowledge.

Build and maintain relationships with auto dealer partners, generate financing opportunities, educate dealers, support deal structuring, review credit decisions, document communications in CRM, track purchase objectives, resolve funding documentation issues, and collaborate with outside sales teams. This is an entry-level campus recruiting opportunity for graduates starting in December 2026 or May 2027.

Supports the company’s compliance programs through role-based training administration, automated monitoring review, exception escalation, policy review tracking, remediation management, and compliance consulting analysis. The role reports compliance results to stakeholders and management, assists with developing monitoring processes, maintains policy logs, and supports leadership. It requires strong communication, initiative, adaptability, computer proficiency, and a bachelor’s degree.

Develops and maintains relationships with auto dealer partners, educates them on financing programs, structures deals, reviews credit decisions, documents communications in CRM, tracks dealer purchase objectives, supports funding documentation, and collaborates with outside sales to grow territory opportunities.

Supervise operations staff by providing training, coaching, feedback, and performance guidance. Analyze operating processes and reports, resolve escalated customer complaints, maintain procedures, set departmental goals, create employee schedules, and collaborate with other business units. The role includes 3–6 months of classroom and on-the-job training before team assignment and prepares employees for future operations management positions.

Configure, implement, monitor, and administer desktop, client management, Microsoft, network, and infrastructure systems. Provide second-level support for Office 365 services, manage switches and wireless access points, maintain device and software licensing documentation, coordinate equipment vendors, and collaborate with security teams to protect client systems. Participate in on-call escalation support and occasional travel.
