Lead technical support for enterprise sales across the Chicago territory, conducting discovery, designing cybersecurity solution architectures, delivering demonstrations and proofs of concept, and managing technical evaluations. The role handles RFPs, security questionnaires, customer handoffs, and early implementation support while partnering with account executives, product, engineering, support, and customer success teams. It also contributes to sales enablement, conveys customer feedback into product strategy, and maintains technical engagement records.

Serve as the primary technical partner for enterprise cybersecurity sales across the Texas and adjacent TOLA region. Lead discovery, solution architecture, product demonstrations, proofs of concept, technical evaluations, RFP responses, and security questionnaires. Partner with account executives, support post-sale implementation, address technical objections, develop enablement materials, and relay customer feedback to product and engineering teams.

Manage and expand channel partner relationships and revenue across the Central United States. Identify and enable partners, drive market presence and revenue growth, and foster strong partner relationships while collaborating with the East sales team and reporting to the VP of Sales.

Build and operate security research infrastructure, including static and dynamic malware analysis pipelines, YARA tooling, sandboxing environments, threat indicator enrichment, and graph-based intelligence systems. Develop ingestion pipelines connecting scan data with external threat feeds, ensure reliability and observability, and securely isolate malicious samples. Partner with threat researchers and detection engineers to create scalable production systems, while documenting architecture and operational procedures.

Recruit, onboard, enable, and expand Southeast channel partnerships to drive revenue growth. Develop regional channel strategy, identify and negotiate with partners, create joint business plans, track KPIs, and coordinate go-to-market activities with sales, marketing, legal, and technical teams. Maintain strong partner relationships, monitor market and competitor trends, and use data-driven decision-making to maximize channel performance.

Develops specialized tools for threat hunters and SOC analysts, focusing on architecting APIs and microservices within the Censys Platform to deliver security intelligence.

Design, build, and operate Internet-scale scanning, DNS, crawling, attribution, and data collection systems. Own backend services and large-scale data pipelines, improve Internet Map reliability and coverage, and lead distributed systems architecture. Partner across research, product, security, and engineering to productionize scalable systems. Participate in observability, incident response, on-call operations, technical reviews, and mentoring.
