Oversee Minitab's Information Security Management System, ensuring compliance with ISO 27001. Manage risk assessments, third-party engagements, incident response, and develop security awareness programs while partnering across departments.

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure provisioning, manage development and production environments, support incident response via on-call rotation, handle change requests, document procedures, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve reliability and delivery.

Manage mid-market accounts, identify and close new business opportunities, drive revenue growth, and build strong customer relationships in a consultative sales environment.

Manage and grow a portfolio of existing SaaS customers, build trusted advisor relationships, drive retention, renewals, upsell/cross-sell, conduct business reviews, maintain account plans and CRM forecasts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize customer value and ARR growth.
