Lead architecture and delivery of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations ERP implementations. Define solution architecture, support technical and functional architects, qualify opportunities, facilitate workshops, promote best practices including change management, and collaborate across sales and delivery to bring Business Applications solutions to clients.

Lead design and delivery of Microsoft AI solutions across Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, Copilot, M365, Teams, and Dynamics 365. Troubleshoot and resolve end-user tickets, install applications and peripherals, monitor desktop performance, customize applications, and support Microsoft 365, Windows/Linux/Mac, AD/Azure AD, VPN/Citrix, and device management tools.
