Owns onboarding, continuous learning, playbooks, sales methodology, AI tool adoption, workflow redesign, prompting education, and enablement ROI measurement. Partners cross-functionally to translate product, operations, and pricing changes into field-ready materials. Leads a small team while remaining hands-on in building content, AI workflows, and change-management programs.
