Support California sales growth for POLITICO Pro and Media Solutions by researching prospects, initiating outreach, scheduling high-quality meetings, preparing sales materials, documenting analytics, assisting account management and renewals, and providing market intelligence to drive revenue and product feedback.

Own a portfolio of 40-50 strategic accounts to drive retention, renewals, upsell, and cross-sell. Build and execute account plans, lead stakeholder conversations, partner with Customer Success, use account insights to recommend solutions, and maintain pipeline hygiene in Salesforce to achieve YoY growth targets.

Provide substantive legal support across employment, data privacy, commercial contracts, IP, and litigation. Conduct legal research, draft memoranda and guidance, assist with privacy compliance (U.S. and EU), manage contracts and due diligence, support litigation document review, and help with project coordination and legal file maintenance under attorney supervision.

Identify and engage prospective subscribers in life sciences and food industries through outbound/inbound prospecting, AI-enabled research, and relationship building; schedule meetings with senior regulatory stakeholders; research accounts and regulatory developments; produce executive-ready briefs and maintain pipeline data in Salesforce.

Support Business Development Directors by researching prospects, building customized media plans and proposals, managing client communications, tracking sales activity in Salesforce, coordinating meetings and outreach, and improving sales processes to drive advertising partnerships.

Lead business development for POLITICO Media Solutions: grow client and agency relationships, respond to RFPs with creative campaigns, execute and analyze campaigns with account support, and collaborate across teams to align client goals with editorial integrity.
