Lead technical AI work to fine-tune, evaluate, and scale LLMs and ML pipelines for semantic metadata, recommendation and personalization systems. Build production-grade ASR, vector search, and BigQuery-based analytics; ensure model accuracy, ethical guardrails, bias mitigation, and secure cloud deployments while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Lead and modernize NPR's total rewards strategy and operations, overseeing benefits, retirement, compensation, vendor management, audits, compliance (ERISA, ACA, Form 5500), and HRIS/UKG configuration. Drive compensation analytics, annual planning, budget ownership, legacy systems remediation, data controls, and cross-functional partnerships with Finance, Legal, Payroll, and HRIS. Lead design and implementation of real-time, event-driven data ecosystems powering personalization. Define self-service data infrastructure, governance, and architecture standards. Provide cross-team technical oversight, mentor engineers, ensure production reliability and cost optimization, participate in deployments and on-call, and collaborate on roadmaps and OKRs.
