The Manager of AI Strategy & Adoption will lead Evidence Action's AI efforts, managing the AI roadmap, external partnerships, and promoting AI use across teams. Responsibilities include advising leadership, overseeing AI pilots, and monitoring adoption metrics.

Lead design and execution of AI-enabled programs in LMICs (health, agriculture), build government and partner relationships, design pilots, recruit and manage teams, ensure evidence-driven learning, translate between researchers, AI labs, implementers, and governments, and drive scalable, high-impact delivery.

Support design and execution of AI-enabled programs in LMICs by managing workstreams, coordinating partners, producing research and decision materials, running analyses, experimenting with AI prototypes, and driving stakeholder engagement to scale evidence-based interventions to millions of beneficiaries.

Support monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MLE) execution for 1-2 country programs, handling data collection, quality assurance, and analysis.
