Lead regional revenue growth and a team of enterprise account executives selling AI-powered process automation to large public and private sector organizations. Manage pipeline and bookings, mentor sales teams, align cross-functional resources, build executive relationships, and execute territory planning, pricing, and contract negotiations for high-value, multi-year enterprise agreements.

Lead re-architecture of Appian's cloud platform to a modern microservices and containerized architecture. Ensure high availability, performance, and security of infrastructure; coach engineers; perform architecture and code reviews; drive CI/CD, IaC, and automation; lead incident responses; collaborate across teams to remove blockers and deliver scalable infrastructure improvements.

Serve as a technical lead and trusted advisor to DoW customers, designing Appian-based architectures that integrate legacy systems, data, and workflows. Support sales, proposals, deployments, DevSecOps practices, RMF/ATO constraints, and customer delivery using agile methodologies to improve mission, logistics, readiness, acquisition, and enterprise information outcomes.
