Supports Manufacturing Engineering by implementing approved engineering changes and maintaining controlled documentation, item master data, bills of material, revisions, routings, inspection plans, and product records in Windchill, SAP, BabtecQ, MES, and related systems. Reviews change requests, coordinates with Quality, Manufacturing, Planning, and Document Control, performs accurate system transactions, and verifies records reflect approved configurations and procedures.

Develop and sustain hardware manufacturing test systems, software, scripts, and infrastructure for servers, storage, networking, and rack-level products. Create test plans, automate validation, analyze results, maintain documentation, and support production deployments across global facilities. Collaborate with hardware, manufacturing, quality, and customer teams while contributing to test architecture. Mentor team members and stay current with testing technologies. Travel globally up to 10%.

Manages a customer business unit within a manufacturing site, owning customer relationships, P&L, pricing, RFPs, operational and financial performance, contract execution, QBRs, and continuous improvement. Partners with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives, improve customer satisfaction, reduce costs, and maintain safety, quality, and GMP compliance.

Support and troubleshoot automated production systems on the shop floor, perform root-cause analysis and corrective actions, improve OEE and reliability, implement error‑proofing, maintain technical documentation, ensure safety and change‑management compliance, and support NPI and continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead technical direction for advanced compute NPI and manufacturing programs for AI/ML, GPGPU and accelerator-based server and storage platforms. Partner with customers, suppliers, engineering, manufacturing, test and quality to drive product introductions, resolve systemic product/process issues, improve FPY and test throughput, and support multi-site operational readiness and knowledge sharing.

Lead test engineering for large-form assemblies and system-level products: define and sustain high-voltage and safety-critical test strategies, develop automated test equipment and scripts, drive DFT, mentor staff, ensure compliance (UL/IEC), and improve test yield, reliability, and NPI readiness.

Maintain and analyze state and local tax compliance, government incentive compliance, and statutory reporting. Prepare tax and property filings, reconcile balance sheets, analyze general ledger and cost data, prepare complex cost entries, support forecasting, produce reports, and train staff.

Oversee production line activities, provide leadership, conduct troubleshooting, ensure quality and equipment maintenance, and assist in operator training.

Supervise the production line by leading team members to meet quality and productivity goals, perform maintenance, and troubleshoot equipment issues.

Supports and coordinates engineering projects from initiation to completion, driving regulatory compliance, process development, continuous improvement, and troubleshooting. Assists with equipment setups, manufacturing layouts, quoting, supplier and customer technical support, documentation control, inspection processes, root cause analysis, and training. Requires domestic and international travel.
