Develop and maintain production plans and schedules to meet customer demand. Use forecasting and data analysis to adjust plans, manage materials, communicate with customers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and continuous improvement.

Lead technical direction for advanced compute NPIs and manufacturing programs. Define and maintain server and rack test procedures, collaborate with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams, drive root cause investigations, improve FPY/test throughput/repair yield, mentor engineers, and define scalable test infrastructure and architectures to ensure product performance, quality, and reliability.

Lead execution of manufacturing programs by coordinating cross-functional teams, managing schedules/budgets, ensuring customer satisfaction, mitigating risks, driving continuous improvement, and delivering technical documentation and training.

Provide comprehensive HR support for a multi-shift manufacturing site, serving as primary contact for employees and frontline leaders. Coach supervisors, handle employee relations and investigations, manage onboarding, payroll/timekeeping, HRIS updates, compliance (including I-9), contingent workforce processes, reporting, and site engagement initiatives. Support process improvements and occasional travel.

Lead new product development programs from concept to mass production. Create project plans, milestones, KPIs and financials; coordinate cross-functional teams; manage scope, schedule, cost, risk, resources and stakeholder communications; drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. Up to 50% travel (domestic and international).

Support and coordinate operational engineering projects from initiation through completion, focusing on process design, continuous improvement, regulatory compliance, root cause analysis, documentation control, supplier engagement, quoting support, and technical quality, reliability, schedule, and cost objectives. Provide training and interface with customers and suppliers as needed.

Manage demand and shipment information, develop and load master schedules into the ERP, create and execute feasible production plans, monitor revenue forecasts and planning metrics, and drive continuous improvement while liaising with customers and operations.
