Lead an electrical/industrial sales territory to meet sales and gross margin targets. Manage 7–10 sales reps, develop business and tactical plans, coach reps, maintain customer and supplier relationships, recruit and develop staff, implement training/tools, monitor industry trends, and manage a $4M+ budget. Some travel and personal vehicle use required.

Serve as the liaison between vendor and customer for large, time-sensitive projects. Perform order entry, prepare/revise material submittals, handle returns/credits, provide reporting using project software, coordinate deliveries for on-time performance, and process job lot billing and invoices.
