Manages client accounts and daily communications in an agency environment. Coordinates meetings, requirements, project briefs, assets, feedback, deliverables, milestones, budgets, billing, and issue resolution. Partners with project management and internal agency teams to deliver work on time, within budget, and aligned with client priorities. Maintains documentation, conducts status meetings, monitors account health, and escalates risks.
