Own production Python code, model deployment, monitoring, retraining, reproducibility, and ML operations while influencing product strategy and collaborating with technical and executive stakeholders.

Provide high-quality support to Turo Hosts, Guests, and internal employees by investigating and resolving complex billing, trip, mechanical, claims, and reservation issues. Manage escalations with empathy, sound judgment, and clear communication; collaborate with Operations, Trust & Safety, Claims, and Product; document cases; identify customer feedback trends; and recommend marketplace experience improvements.

Develop machine learning frameworks and risk mitigation strategies for Turo’s marketplace. Build and manage fraud detection product features, improve and monitor risk models, analyze patterns, communicate recommendations, audit third-party data vendors, and guide Engineering on data quality. Collaborate with Data Analytics, Trust & Safety, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable, production-ready models and measurable business impact.

Lead pricing strategy and operations for Turo’s US marketplace. Analyze pricing performance, identify profitable growth opportunities, develop data-driven recommendations, and execute cross-functional pricing initiatives from planning through measurement. Translate complex analysis into clear narratives for leadership, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure pricing changes launch effectively. The role requires strong analytical, technical, commercial, communication, and independent project execution skills, with expertise in Google Sheets or Excel and SQL.

Own Turo’s guest discovery, search, shopping, and booking product strategy. Lead personalization, vehicle and pickup-location discovery, booking-funnel conversion, A/B testing, and AI-driven recommendations and search relevance. Partner with research, analytics, and marketing to understand customer behavior, prioritize product improvements, and extend discovery across acquisition and onboarding experiences.

Processes and supports non-complex claims by reviewing account and vehicle eligibility, assessing liability, managing recovery activities, and assisting members through incidents. Provides customer service to hosts, guests, vendors, and internal teams across multiple channels. Maintains accurate account notes, contributes to process documentation, streamlines workflows, and meets quality and KPI standards in a fast-changing environment.

Manage outbound and inbound auto and property arbitration claims by investigating subrogation potential, preparing filings and hearing materials, coordinating with attorneys and partners, maintaining claim diaries and records, and driving timely recoveries while supporting process improvements and KPIs.
