Qualify outbound and inbound prospects, generate discovery meetings, and create qualified pipeline for Account Executives. Execute campaigns across phone, email, and LinkedIn; manage inbound leads within SLAs; multithread buying groups; contribute account intelligence and territory strategy; and collaborate with Sales and Marketing. The role also requires learning Sysdig’s cloud security solutions, using CRM and sales engagement tools, and adopting AI-assisted workflows.

Own strategic, executive-level customer relationships for enterprise accounts. Guide Sysdig deployments and architecture on Kubernetes and cloud platforms, run business reviews, lead workshops, map outcomes to technical capabilities, support renewals and expansion, identify/mitigate risks, troubleshoot environments, and partner with Product, Engineering, Support, and Services to drive value and mentor junior team members.

Lead Sysdig's corporate web strategy and technical execution, owning site architecture, GEO/AEO strategy, CRO and UX using GA4, mentoring a web developer, and reporting site performance to marketing leadership.
