The role also develops sales skills training and applies AI tools to automate and personalize enablement workflows.

Build and own technical enablement for customer-facing engineers, including role-based onboarding, ramp criteria, knowledge-base governance, ongoing technical development, and readiness programs. Partner with engineering, enablement, product, sales, and delivery stakeholders; manage concurrent programs, track milestones, maintain documentation health, identify readiness gaps, and report program outcomes to leadership.

Manages subcontractor relationships and execution for complex public-sector and defense programs. Integrates subcontractor deliverables into program schedules, tracks milestones and dependencies, enforces accountability, coordinates security and compliance requirements, resolves technical and administrative blockers, oversees onboarding and invoicing, and escalates risks. Partners with technical leads, program managers, government stakeholders, and external defense organizations to ensure subcontractor performance supports successful program delivery.

Own technical execution for national security mission areas from requirements through deployment and evaluation. Translate operational workflows into executable product and engineering requirements, coordinate engineering scope and milestones, maintain requirements traceability, manage Jira/GitLab execution, resolve technical blockers, oversee integrations and subcontractors, and communicate risks and progress to engineering teams and senior government stakeholders. The role requires work in secure facilities and air-gapped systems, with 25–50% travel for onsite engagements and formal evaluation events.
