Responsibilities include customer discovery, market validation, value proposition and ROI development, product vision and roadmap definition, firmware and software coordination, AI-driven prototyping, success-metric tracking, and collaboration with engineering, design, sales, customer success, and marketing. The role requires building a zero-to-one product strategy, quantifying market opportunities, and driving measurable customer and revenue impact.

Partners with R&D and engineering leaders to manage cloud, cellular, and AI infrastructure costs. Responsibilities include financial analysis, monthly and quarterly reporting, month-end close support, annual operating plan preparation, forecasting, KPI development, cost optimization, and improving financial models and reporting processes. The role also presents insights to senior leadership and leverages AI tools to streamline finance workflows.

Serve as a strategic operating partner to the VP of Customer Success by managing calendar, communications, travel, expenses, meetings, events, stakeholder relationships, and special projects. Build scalable processes, coordinate executive briefings and cross-functional initiatives, maintain organizational accountability, and support Pacific Time business hours. This remote US role requires approximately one trip per month for executive support and onsites.
