Leads the AMER Global Deal Desk, overseeing complex deal structuring, pricing, discounting, margin guidance, financial and business-risk analysis, approvals, and commercial compliance. Manages and develops deal desk personnel, partners with Sales, Legal, Finance, Delivery, and Operations, and drives scalable processes, AI-enabled workflows, training, enablement, and continuous improvement to support efficient, high-quality deal execution.

Develop backup and recovery systems, APIs, administrative UIs, monitoring, automation, and build infrastructure. Troubleshoot scalability, stability, and critical production issues; collaborate with product and customer-facing teams; lead projects, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior engineers.

Own bookings growth across new and existing NYC enterprise accounts. Generate pipeline, prospect, qualify, manage, and close complex sales opportunities while meeting or exceeding quota. Develop account strategies, acquire new logos, expand existing customers, present solutions in complex data center environments, and collaborate with sales engineers, channel teams, distributors, VARs, and partners. Provide market feedback and identify new business and channel opportunities.

Leads pre-sales professional services engagements, including scoping, proposals, quotes, statements of work, business cases, forecasting, and bookings. Partners with account executives, sales engineers, delivery teams, support, and resilience stakeholders to position services, conduct customer workshops, align scope with post-sale outcomes, and support larger deal closures. Requires expertise in change management, transformation, data protection, cloud, cyber resilience, and security. Travel is required up to 10%.

Leads a global team of People Partners, advises senior leaders on employee relations, organizational health, performance, change, and growth, and owns the people-partnering strategy. Oversees global talent and compensation programs, develops scalable HR frameworks and playbooks, drives AI-enabled HR workflows, partners with HR Centers of Excellence, and mitigates compliance risks across geographies.

Leads technical go-to-market strategy and pre-sales activities for Rubrik Agent Cloud. Advises enterprise customers on agentic AI governance, security, and cloud capabilities; conducts technical sales calls and demos; qualifies opportunities; gathers customer feedback; aligns product roadmaps; develops sales collateral and enablement; and drives adoption across sales, partners, and the agentic AI ecosystem.

Lead Rubrik’s global government affairs and public policy strategy focused on data security, cyber resilience, and AI safety. Build relationships with heads of state, legislators, and regulatory agencies; represent the company at congressional hearings and policy summits; shape cybersecurity and AI legislation; and integrate Rubrik’s technical vision into government standards. Partner with public-sector and enterprise sales leaders to expand government procurement and strategic accounts.

Lead complex, concurrent enterprise customer implementations from kickoff through sign-off, managing scope, milestones, resources, budgets, risks, dependencies, quality, and stakeholder alignment. Serve as the customer escalation point while partnering with internal teams and third parties. Help develop PMO governance, methodologies, KPIs, resource planning, and process improvements. Mentor project managers and share delivery best practices across the Professional Services organization.
