Operate and improve Rubrik’s cloud infrastructure and database systems, ensuring high availability, scalability, reliability, and disaster recovery. Manage Kubernetes, MySQL, and distributed systems; perform upgrades, troubleshoot production issues, write automation, build monitoring tools, and develop capacity plans. Participate in global on-call rotations, collaborate across engineering teams, support security controls, and drive the FedRAMP certification process.

The role requires strong agentic AI expertise, business acumen, and experience working with executive stakeholders.

Provide technical leadership for SLED sales: design and present Rubrik hybrid cloud data management solutions, qualify opportunities, lead technical sales calls/demos, and act as trusted advisor to customers and internal teams to meet regional revenue goals.

Partner with SLED K-12 account executives to architect and position Rubrik’s data management and cyber resilience solutions. Provide technical leadership, solution consulting, architectural guidance, product demonstrations, and presentations to school districts, IT leaders, executives, and channel partners. Qualify opportunities based on technical needs, competition, procurement processes, and public-sector funding cycles while collaborating cross-functionally to support regional revenue goals.

Lead GTM finance reporting for Sales Engineering & Alliances, manage headcount and T&E, deliver monthly/quarterly reporting, BvA analysis, ad hoc senior management analysis, and mentor junior analysts to build repeatable processes.

Serve as the senior technical authority for global public cloud architecture across strategic customer engagements. Define reference architectures, standards, guardrails, and cloud service offerings; lead complex multi-region and multi-cloud designs; advise executive stakeholders; partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success; build reusable automation and technical IP; mentor architects; establish competency standards; and influence product roadmaps and delivery methodology.

Manages field sales operations for Americas teams, including forecasting, pipeline and performance reporting, territory planning, quota design, QBRs, revenue analytics, sales systems support, and cross-functional initiatives. Partners with sales leadership to improve execution, monitor KPIs, resolve escalations, maintain Salesforce processes, and drive revenue growth across strategic accounts.

Leads a global Deal Operations team responsible for exception quoting, case management, approval queues, service levels, and quarter-end execution. Drives cross-functional improvements across Sales, Finance, Renewals, IT, and CPQ, translating system complexity into recommendations, reducing manual work through process optimization and automation, and serving as the escalation point for complex quoting. Manages team performance, hiring, documentation, governance, and operational change.

Leads the AMER Global Deal Desk, overseeing complex deal structuring, pricing, discounting, margin guidance, financial and business-risk analysis, approvals, and commercial compliance. Manages and develops deal desk personnel, partners with Sales, Legal, Finance, Delivery, and Operations, and drives scalable processes, AI-enabled workflows, training, enablement, and continuous improvement to support efficient, high-quality deal execution.
