Lead product direction for FlashArray and FlashBlade systems by analyzing telemetry and support/sales trends, defining product requirements and PRDs, driving roadmap delivery, collaborating with engineering, Purity software, QA, hardware and operations, and optimizing global configuration and SKU definitions for scalable deployments.

Operate as the VPs strategic partner to drive planning, operating cadence, and cross-functional execution for the Global Partner Organization. Provide strategic IP and product lifecycle counsel to engineering and product teams: define product vision and roadmap, advise on patent strategy and open-source compliance, negotiate IP-heavy commercial agreements, align priorities with sales/marketing/executive stakeholders, and use market and data insights to protect and commercialize the company’s technology.

Serve as the primary technical advocate for strategic accounts, providing proactive, white-glove support for large-scale Kubernetes and Portworx deployments. Lead incident resolution, collaborate with R&D to reproduce and fix complex bugs, guide deployments from POC to production, and codify best practices via KBs and knowledge-sharing.

Lead end-to-end software release planning and execution for hyperscale storage products. Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage release branch health, drive PLC phase exits, mitigate risks, perform Capex planning, and communicate status to executives to ensure timely, high-quality deployments.

Provide customer-facing technical support and SRE for Portworx deployments: diagnose and resolve complex Kubernetes/OpenShift and cloud infrastructure issues, manage support cases and POCs, collaborate with Engineering on fixes, produce documentation and knowledge-base articles, and participate in on-call/shift rotations to ensure high availability and customer satisfaction.

Lead product quality from NPI through sustaining production for PCBA and system-level products. Collaborate with Hardware, Test, and Supply Chain to perform root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, drive process and design improvements, develop reliability tests (ORT) and KPIs, analyze quality data, and support supplier and cost-reduction efforts.

Design and build production-grade agentic AI solutions using LLMs, multi-agent workflows, and RAG pipelines. Implement prompt engineering, guardrails, model evaluation, and secure Python-based REST APIs. Deploy and operate services on AWS with Docker/Kubernetes, ensure observability, security, and integrate AI systems with enterprise platforms.

Lead end-to-end product ownership for data management and reporting products: customer discovery, requirements, prioritization, and post-launch iteration. Collaborate with engineering, design, GTM, and customers to build in-product reports and exports for third-party BI/datalake tools, drive roadmap planning, and represent product in technical and customer-facing meetings.
