They will work on distributed systems, container orchestration, and AI-native engineering practices, ensuring platform reliability and performance.

The Staff Software Engineer will lead the architecture and development of a real-time content platform, working on both backend and frontend systems while mentoring team members and collaborating with product and design teams.

Lead strategy and roadmap for Developer Experience products (Autopilot, Multidev, Upstreams), prioritize public APIs, integrations, and agentic infrastructure, research developer workflows, define success metrics linking developer velocity to business outcomes, and communicate progress to engineering and executives.

Own and drive the Next.js Platform strategy and roadmap at the intersection of developer experience and enterprise operations. Synthesize user research and market data, define success metrics, align dual buyers (portfolio managers and developers), improve product performance, and communicate progress across stakeholders.

Design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable data systems and pipelines. Partner with Product, Sales Ops, and Finance to deliver analytics and self-service tooling. Maintain SLOs, improve pipeline reliability, implement testing and documentation, and contribute to data platform strategy and operations.
