Nurture SaaS ISV relationships and expand the Okta Integration Network. Guide partners through integration discovery, implementation, delivery, and maintenance; provide technical guidance; influence product roadmaps; synthesize partner feedback; collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Partnerships, and field teams; and improve scalable integration programs. The role also evangelizes identity standards, supports ecosystem growth, and represents Okta through thought leadership and industry events.

Design, build, operate, and scale cloud-native shared infrastructure and services (search, cache, config, async frameworks). Drive feature rollouts, perform design and code reviews, monitor and troubleshoot production systems, optimize performance, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with architects, QA, security, and operations.

Own and run the Executive Briefing program at Okta's San Francisco center: design briefing strategy, lead end-to-end high-touch engagements, partner with GTM teams, source and prep VP+/C-suite speakers, track briefing metrics and ROI in Salesforce, and manage logistics and day-of delivery to accelerate deals and strengthen enterprise relationships.

Lead and scale Okta's GRC security organization, building engineering-driven, AI-first governance and compliance programs. Own enterprise cyber risk, AI governance, global compliance (SOC/ISO/PCI/CSA), third-party risk, audit management, and cross-functional alignment to enable secure product delivery and rapid remediation.

Lead product security reviews, perform manual code and penetration testing, threat model and assess AI/LLM-integrated architectures, drive incident response and remediation, build security automation tools, mentor engineers, and publish security research.

Lead go-to-market strategy and technical product marketing for Oktas access and security portfolio. Develop AI-forward thought leadership, technical demos, reference architectures, and field enablement to drive enterprise adoption. Partner cross-functionally to launch offers, equip sales with ROI/talk tracks, and accelerate strategic deals.

Own and roadmap Okta's education subscription product, translate product and GTM strategy into education requirements, design adoption programs, define success metrics and reporting, optimize customer learning journeys, and align education with broader post-sales success and go-to-market motions to drive adoption, retention, and expansion.

Build and operate Okta's Security Posture Management program: aggregate and automate ingestion, prioritization, tracking, and remediation across cloud and SaaS tooling. Implement DevSecOps practices, secrets rotation, agentic automation and AI-driven analysis, configure scanners (Snyk, Semgrep, Qualys), collaborate with SRE and engineering, and produce dashboards and executive reporting to drive ownership and measurable risk reduction.

Qualify inbound leads, generate meetings and pipeline via phone, email, and social outreach, conduct discovery calls to surface business problems, tee up Account Executives, use Salesforce and Outreach to manage accounts, and hit KPIs/quota while participating in team activities and onboarding.

Lead and develop a team of Sales Development Representatives to generate pipeline through inbound and outbound outreach. Hire, onboard, coach, and monitor KPIs; align with Sales, Demand Gen, and Enablement; manage quota attainment; and maintain deep product and competitor knowledge to drive results in strategic accounts.
