Lead strategy and business cases for Okta's cloud infrastructure products, collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing to launch and price offerings, perform market research, and act as the resiliency and scale SME in customer escalations and executive briefings.

Designs and implements Okta identity solutions for enterprise customers. Leads requirements gathering, discovery workshops, technical architecture, functional and system specifications, solution design, and implementation oversight. Acts as a trusted customer advisor, translates business needs into actionable strategies, supports project planning, conducts health checks, and communicates technical information to executives and nontechnical stakeholders. Requires extensive IT architecture, consulting, IAM, cloud, application integration, and customer identity experience, with travel up to 50%.

Lead go-to-market and lifecycle marketing for Okta Device Access. Own positioning, messaging, launches, field and partner enablement, customer adoption, and expansion strategies. Translate identity, authentication, device-security, and operating-system capabilities into compelling customer value. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Pricing, and partners to shape commercialization, enable deployments, and measure adoption, launch performance, pipeline influence, and customer outcomes.

Manage global treasury operations, including liquidity, cash forecasting, bank accounts, capital markets support, FX exposure and hedging, SOX controls, and treasury policy compliance. Optimize the Kyriba Treasury Management System and partner with Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Audit, and Legal on treasury projects, FX accounting, reconciliations, and process improvements.

Design and execute innovative digital experiences for okta.com, translating marketing briefs into engaging, brand-consistent work. Collaborate with creative, UX, strategy, content, development, and production teams; present concepts, incorporate feedback, maintain design quality, and support digital storytelling through visual and written expression. The role requires strong copywriting, communication, organization, design-system expertise, and a high-quality portfolio.

Leads Legal Operations and serves as operational proxy to the Chief Legal Officer. Oversees legal technology and AI adoption, workflow automation, KPIs, vendor and outside counsel management, budgets, legal spend, planning, resource allocation, and cross-functional initiatives. Partners with executive leadership to align legal strategy with company goals and manages department programs, processes, and teams.
