Serve as the GTM FP&A strategic partner: own consolidated GTM expense forecast, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and executive reporting. Translate business requirements into workflow specifications, guide implementation across GTM platforms, measure funnel outcomes, and optimize AI-to-human engagement, routing, and pipeline progression.

Sell Okta's identity and security SaaS to large enterprise accounts. Drive net-new logos and expand existing customers, engage C-level stakeholders, manage complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles, partner with GSIs and internal teams, hit quota through pipeline generation, negotiation, and closing. Travel as needed and complete in-person onboarding week at San Francisco HQ.

Drive enterprise territory growth by generating net-new pipeline, expanding existing accounts, achieving revenue targets, and managing complex SaaS sales cycles. Build relationships with C-suite decision-makers, develop account strategies, negotiate and close agreements, leverage partners and internal teams, and deliver value-based presentations and product demonstrations. The role requires customer and prospect travel, plus in-person onboarding at Okta’s San Francisco or Chicago office during the first week.

Own marketing analytics, attribution modeling, full-funnel measurement, forecasting, experimentation, and ROI optimization across campaigns, partners, and field marketing. Build Tableau dashboards, ensure martech data quality, implement AI/ML predictive capabilities, and translate complex data into strategic recommendations for marketing leadership. Partner cross-functionally on performance narratives, QBRs, and budget planning while mentoring junior analysts and establishing analytics best practices.

Build frontend experiences for autonomous AI agents, including conversational interfaces, memory and context views, live run timelines, approval flows, worker configuration, and reusable agentic components. Develop real-time interfaces using streaming, WebSockets, and server-sent events while managing complex client state, reconnection, partial results, and failure recovery. Collaborate with backend and agent engineers to shape APIs and deliver fast, accessible, polished products.

Nurture SaaS ISV relationships and expand the Okta Integration Network. Guide partners through integration discovery, implementation, delivery, and maintenance; provide technical guidance; influence product roadmaps; synthesize partner feedback; collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Partnerships, and field teams; and improve scalable integration programs. The role also evangelizes identity standards, supports ecosystem growth, and represents Okta through thought leadership and industry events.

Design, build, operate, and scale cloud-native shared infrastructure and services (search, cache, config, async frameworks). Drive feature rollouts, perform design and code reviews, monitor and troubleshoot production systems, optimize performance, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with architects, QA, security, and operations.

Own and run the Executive Briefing program at Okta's San Francisco center: design briefing strategy, lead end-to-end high-touch engagements, partner with GTM teams, source and prep VP+/C-suite speakers, track briefing metrics and ROI in Salesforce, and manage logistics and day-of delivery to accelerate deals and strengthen enterprise relationships.
