Leads Mozilla’s European policy communications strategy, translating complex issues involving privacy, AI, competition, open source, and internet regulation into compelling public narratives. The role requires hands-on systems engineering, browser platform expertise, large-codebase development, and collaboration on AI-agent tooling.

Own operational execution for Firefox Mobile marketing, including app store optimization, lifecycle campaigns, product launches, localization, quality assurance, reporting, and growth initiatives. Coordinate cross-functional workstreams, identify delivery risks, consolidate campaign learnings, and build scalable processes, automation, and AI-assisted workflows using tools such as Claude Code and Cowork.

Build and ship full-stack features, integrations, and enterprise customizations for an open-source AI product. Work directly with technical partners and enterprise customers on deployments, pilots, troubleshooting, infrastructure, identity, integrations, and data access. Generalize customer needs into reusable product capabilities, maintain customizations, document deployment processes, and provide roadmap feedback. The role requires strong communication, independent execution, and experience supporting AI-enabled applications in enterprise environments.

Lead semi-monthly payroll processing for approximately 800 U.S. and Canadian employees. Ensure compliance with federal, state, provincial, and local tax regulations; resolve payroll issues; coordinate benefits deductions and external vendors; support year-end filings, audits, and reporting; improve payroll processes; and mentor a Payroll Administrator.
