As a Senior AI/ML Platform Engineer, you will architect and scale the ML platform, ensuring efficient ML workflows and collaborating with various teams to drive AI adoption.

In this role, you'll design and build full-stack solutions for Guidewire's core platform, focusing on scalability, security, and operational excellence. You'll mentor junior engineers and collaborate across teams to deliver impactful cloud and AI-driven products.

Drive adoption of Guidewire PricingCenter by engaging actuarial, underwriting, and pricing leaders to translate pricing models, rating algorithms, and workflows into solution proposals. Lead long enterprise sales cycles, collaborate with account, inside sales and product teams, represent Guidewire at industry events, and travel ~50% to support modernization engagements.

Lead design and develop technical, self-study product training for developer audiences. Create curriculum, interactive tutorials, labs, videos, assessments, and e-learning; drive content strategy, collaborate with PMs and SMEs, perform QA and audits, analyze learner data, and coach junior instructional designers.

The role involves leading early access projects, configuring Guidewire capabilities, collaborating with teams and customers, and creating adoption strategies using AI tools.
