Provides technical leadership and pre-sales guidance for Databricks Customer Lake implementations. Designs customer data, CDP, Lakehouse, identity resolution, audience activation, personalization, and agentic AI solutions; leads executive engagements, workshops, demos, POCs, and technical collateral. Partners with account teams, GSIs, and consulting organizations to drive adoption, influences product roadmaps, handles tier-three escalations, improves qualification processes, and mentors field teams.

Source and engage corporate talent from Manager through VP and Executive levels. Develop search strategies, market maps, diverse pipelines, and passive-candidate relationships across functions including HR, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Operations. Customer-facing engineer who designs, builds, and productionizes GenAI applications (RAG, multi-agent, Text2SQL, fine-tuning). Own production rollouts, advise customers, collaborate with product and engineering, present at conferences, and optimize/evaluate models and deployments across cloud platforms.

Own the end-to-end technical architecture and delivery of Databricks’ SAP S/4HANA platform. Lead clean-core extensibility on SAP BTP and Databricks, enterprise AI integration, SAP and non-SAP integration fabric, and SAP data pipelines into the Lakehouse. Establish engineering, security, deployment, testing, and governance standards; oversee performance, scalability, resilience, and cost; mentor developers and architects; and communicate technical roadmaps, risks, and tradeoffs to stakeholders.

Influence executives and stakeholders, guide proofs of concept and cloud integrations, coach junior Solutions Architects, and create customer-facing technical content. Lead workshops and community events while helping customers prioritize use cases, adopt the platform, and achieve long-term success. Travel may be required up to 30%.

Lead complex enterprise architecture engagements, consumption strategy, and executive technical relationships for Databricks customers. Design scalable data, AI, streaming, migration, and lakehouse solutions; drive platform adoption, competitive displacement, and revenue growth. Orchestrate cross-functional teams, mentor solutions architects, influence senior stakeholders, and contribute to technical thought leadership through workshops, content, and community engagement.

Drive enterprise sales of Databricks’ Data Intelligence Platform across Fortune 500 telecommunications accounts. Build relationships with CIOs and other executives, expand usage into new business units, manage strategic opportunities, exceed pipeline and revenue targets, forecast in Salesforce, and execute value-based sales strategies. The role requires expertise in big data, cloud, SaaS, advanced analytics, AI, and consumption-based selling.
