Troubleshoots Spark, SQL, Delta, streaming, ML, and AI performance issues; performs root-cause analysis; develops proofs of concept, monitoring solutions, playbooks, and knowledge resources; trains customer teams; and collaborates with Field Engineering, R&D, Sales, Product, and NOC teams. Serves as a trusted technical advisor and advocates for customers. Requires approximately 20% travel.

Manage, hire, and coach an outbound Business Development Representative team focused on public-sector pipeline generation. Partner with Sales, Demand Generation, and Marketing to optimize campaigns, workflows, CRM discipline, and funnel performance. Diagnose lead-to-opportunity bottlenecks using data, improve operating efficiency with AI, and develop repeatable sales development playbooks. The role requires hybrid presence in Tyson’s Corner, Virginia, multiple days per week.

Build prototypes, demos, reference architectures, and reusable assets using the Databricks platform. Organizes founder and investor events in San Francisco, develops relationships with venture firms, represents Databricks in the startup ecosystem, and grows into broader startup strategy and ownership.

Lead enterprise sales for Databricks within strategic CPG accounts. Build relationships with CIOs and business executives, expand platform adoption across business units and use cases, drive value-based growth, exceed pipeline and revenue targets, manage forecasts in Salesforce, and promote Databricks’ data, analytics, and AI platform. Develop account strategies, guide customers through technical value propositions, and coordinate internal and system integrator resources.

Own SAP S/4HANA FICO implementation governance and post-go-live continuous improvement for global accounting. Lead configuration, requirements, testing, data migration, master data governance, close-process automation, SOX controls, and cross-functional finance systems integration. Design how SAP accounting data flows into Databricks, enabling reporting, analytics, anomaly detection, predictive accruals, reconciliation automation, and AI use cases.
