Customer-facing senior engineer who architects, implements, and productionizes end-to-end data and AI solutions on Databricks. Lead an internal incubator to design, build, and scale a first-party agentic AI application platform. Manage a small TPM team, drive AI-augmented SDLC changes, coordinate cross-functional programs, ensure security-hardening and platform migrations, and deliver measurable business and technical outcomes and ROI.

Lead payroll tax subject matter expertise: advise payroll, equity, HR, and accounting on payroll tax positions, audits, compliance, and policy. Manage audits and revenue authority inquiries, support M&A integrations, reconcile payroll tax accounts, and improve payroll tax reporting through cross-functional collaboration and automation.
