As a Named Core Account Executive, you will sell Databricks solutions to enterprise accounts, manage relationships with key stakeholders, and exceed sales targets while navigating complex sales cycles.

Lead technical pre-sales for large Retail and CPG accounts, define technical strategy, drive adoption of Databricks and ML/AI, mentor team members, and support proofs of concept and production data systems.

Sell Databricks into strategic enterprise accounts by building C-suite relationships, expanding footprint and use cases, exceeding pipeline and revenue targets, managing forecasts in Salesforce, and promoting the Databricks data and AI platform (Spark, Delta Lake). Develop account plans, prioritize opportunities, and coordinate resources to drive value-based adoption.

Partner with sales to design and demo Databricks-based data architectures and proofs-of-concept. Provide technical leadership for cloud data engineering, analytics, and ML projects, build reference architectures and demos, and engage Financial Services customers to drive adoption and implementation.

Lead and scale a Forward Deployed Engineering team for Public Sector customers, overseeing technical delivery of large-scale data migrations, AI/ML and GenAI programs. Partner with sales and product teams to scope and deliver professional services, enforce delivery quality and risk management, mentor engineers, and act as escalation point for high-stakes customer situations.

The Senior Software Engineer will design and build systems for Databricks' compute infrastructure, optimizing performance and scalability while leading cross-team initiatives.
