Enterprise quota-carrying seller responsible for hunting and expanding strategic accounts. Build a self-sourced and channel-influenced pipeline, engage C-suite stakeholders, develop proposals tying data security and resilience to business outcomes, collaborate with partners and sales engineers, maintain forecasts, and provide market feedback to leadership.

Collaborate with product, engineering, and support to relay feedback and ensure successful customer outcomes.

Lead and develop a team of Sales Engineers, support pre-sales execution, coach on technical engagement, and assist in customer evaluations of Cohesity's solutions.

Support enterprise sales by delivering technical solutions: discovery, solution design, demos, and proofs of concept. Drive deal strategy with Account Executives, enable product integration, lead technical workshops, handle competitive positioning, and provide post-sales technical assistance. Collaborate with product, engineering, and support to relay feedback and ensure successful customer outcomes.

Lead enterprise go-to-market and revenue growth by building and managing high-performing account teams, partner and OEM relationships, and cross-functional sales motions. Own quotas, recruit and develop sellers and channel managers, execute strategic campaigns with partners, and collaborate with senior leadership to win large, complex deals.

Lead and scale an enterprise data security practitioner community: define strategy, build a champions advocacy program, align Product/Marketing/Customer Success, deploy AI-driven automation and bots, and measure membership growth, engagement, retention, and advocacy impact for business outcomes.

Partner with Account Executives to drive enterprise opportunities by designing and delivering tailored technical solutions across backup, recovery, cyber resilience, and cloud architectures. Lead demos, proofs of concept, workshops, and technical enablement; identify customer requirements and risks; support competitive displacement and post-sales technical outcomes; and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support to influence product improvements and ensure successful customer adoption.
