Responsibilities include developing direct and extended teams, managing customer engagements, executing strategic sales campaigns, and maintaining performance standards. Travel of more than 50% is required.

Own and grow a named federal territory by acquiring new enterprise customers and expanding strategic accounts. Build complex sales pipelines, engage executive stakeholders, develop value-based business cases, negotiate high-value contracts, and achieve quota targets. Partner with sales engineers, channel partners, and internal teams while maintaining forecasts and territory plans in Salesforce. Sell data security and cyber-resilience solutions to federal organizations, requiring strong enterprise technology sales, cybersecurity knowledge, and executive communication skills.

Partner with Account Executives to conduct discovery, solution design, demonstrations, workshops, proposals, evaluations, and proofs of concept. Advise customers on backup, recovery, cyber resilience, storage, security, and cloud integrations across on-premises and hybrid environments. Help develop technical account strategies, address competitive displacement, communicate customer requirements internally, and provide post-sales technical support. Travel is required as needed.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable capabilities across on-premises and SaaS platforms. Architect resilient distributed systems, optimize performance, uphold engineering quality and reliability, and collaborate with Product Management and engineering teams on technical strategy and roadmap planning. Provide technical leadership, foster ownership and continuous improvement, and participate in Agile development while delivering enterprise-grade solutions for demanding scalability and performance requirements.

The role requires strong enterprise technology experience, communication skills, customer engagement, and willingness to travel.

Drive net-new logo acquisition and account growth across a defined enterprise territory. Prospect, build pipeline, and close deals while supporting expansion of existing accounts. Engage senior stakeholders, deliver value-based proposals, collaborate with sales engineers, channel partners, and technology alliances, and maintain accurate forecasting and opportunity tracking.
