Lead and scale a district sales organization selling data security and cyber resilience solutions. Own and evolve Cohesity's global services portfolio (Customer Success, Professional Services, Support): define offerings, pricing, SKUs, incentives, attach rules, enablement, telemetry-driven designs, partner enablement, and performance reporting to drive adoption, retention, and growth.

Design and deliver architecture and repeatable deployment blueprints for customer deployments, migrations, and platform transformations. Lead transition initiatives from assessment through deployment, identify risks, create sizing and integration designs, validate procedures in-field, teach partners/customers, and provide feedback to product and engineering. Collaborate cross-functionally and produce deployment/runbook documentation, while supporting delivery readiness and post-deployment improvements.

Design and deliver enterprise data protection and secondary storage architectures. Lead customer migrations and deployments, create repeatable deployment blueprints, validate procedures in the field, train partners/customers, and provide feedback to product and engineering teams. Drive assessment, sizing, integration, risk mitigation, and post-deployment documentation while serving as a technical authority and trusted advisor to stakeholders.
