Lead and define Canary's analytics function: own analytics strategy, platform architecture, data pipelines, dashboards, KPIs, and governance. Enable self-serve analytics, deliver insights to leadership and cross-functional teams, and work directly with enterprise customers on reporting and integrations.

Design and run end-to-end onboarding and ongoing enablement for Customer Success. Build curricula, certifications, playbooks, tooling adoption, and metrics to shorten ramp time and upskill CSMs. Partner cross-functionally to codify institutional knowledge and embed AI into workflows.

Sell Canarys hospitality SaaS to hotels, drive revenue against quota, prospect and qualify accounts via outbound and inbound channels, collaborate with SDRs and customer success, and manage pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce.

Own and execute the payments product vision and roadmap. Build payments infrastructure (tokenization, fraud, chargeback prevention, reporting), expand processor integrations internationally, support sales and enterprise deals, ensure PCI/compliance, and grow a payments team while partnering with Engineering, Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing.
