Lead and scale Anaplan’s regional Partner Success team across the AMER market. Develop partner enablement and delivery excellence programs, manage and coach Partner Success specialists, establish joint operating models across internal teams, and measure program outcomes. The role owns partner enablement, delivery excellence, readiness measurement, and joint operating models across consulting, technology, systems-integrator, ISV, and cloud partners. Responsibilities include managing and coaching Partner Success specialists, coordinating with sales, marketing, product, professional services, and customer success teams, improving partner-led implementations, tracking KPIs, advocating for partners, and driving growth, adoption, revenue, retention, and customer outcomes through the partner ecosystem.

Lead Agile execution and Scrum ceremonies across Anaplan development streams. Manage Jira intake, triage, backlogs, workflows, dashboards, releases, dependencies, and delivery metrics. Support project planning, risk management, executive reporting, process documentation, SOPs, and technical runbooks in Confluence. Coordinate internal enablement programs, webinars, workshops, hackathons, communications, and participant tracking while partnering with business, product, architecture, and engineering stakeholders.

Conduct inbound and outbound prospecting across phone, email, social, digital, and events. Develop account-level outreach strategies, qualify prospects, understand customer challenges and platform use cases, create sales meetings and pipeline, track performance metrics, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams. The role targets Fortune 2000 stakeholders, including C-level decision-makers, and requires high-volume calling and Salesforce proficiency.

Lead design and production of ML/Deep Learning and time-series forecasting models, architect and fine-tune LLM/GenAI solutions, build conversational and agentic interfaces, transition prototypes to scalable production, and provide technical leadership and mentorship across cross-functional teams.

Lead AMER Customer Success strategy and operations by improving post-sales productivity, forecasting, pipeline visibility, data integrity, and customer health insights. Partner with senior leadership to scale operating models, identify risks, build proactive action systems, optimize CRM and CS processes, and drive cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Product, Analytics, Technology, and Enablement. Serve as a strategic advisor and change agent for revenue growth, retention, and expansion.

Lead AMER Customer Success operations and future-state operating models for a B2B SaaS organization. Drive post-sales productivity, forecast accuracy, pipeline visibility, churn and expansion performance, customer health scoring, and operational data integrity. Build proactive diagnostic and early-warning systems, optimize processes and platforms, provide executive-level insights, and lead complex cross-functional initiatives spanning Sales, Product, Analytics, Technology, and Enablement.

Own sales forecasting and pipeline reporting on the Anaplan platform. Partner with Field Operations and cross-functional teams to deliver actionable reporting for forecasting, pipeline management, account planning, territory oversight, strategic initiatives, and performance tracking. Ensure data accuracy across systems, translate business requirements into technical reporting solutions, coordinate priorities across teams, and communicate reporting changes to stakeholders.

Lead the architecture and deployment of scalable data platforms, real-time and batch pipelines, AI infrastructure data systems, APIs, data lakes, warehouses, streaming architectures, and data quality frameworks. Optimize distributed processing and queries, establish governance, model enterprise data semantics, evaluate modern data technologies, and mentor engineering teams while collaborating across analytics, product, and platform groups.
