Manage a team of 8-15 design engineers responsible for gas turbine product problem resolution, design enhancements, manufacturing support, engine assembly and test cell support, and field/customer support. Lead cross-functional collaboration, oversee Windchill change management, prioritize APDM budgets and workflow, drive continuous improvement (Lean), and manage hiring, performance, and career development to meet product and business objectives.

Lead design and development of hydromechanical and mechanical systems for industrial gas turbine packages within the NPI process. Drive prototyping, testing, system integration, technical support for installation/commissioning, continuous improvement for performance and cost, and maintain engineering documentation while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Lead mechanical design and NPI for turbomachinery from concept through production. Create 3D models, drawings, BOMs, and documentation; collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to ensure manufacturability and quality. Investigate field issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement.

Manage parts planning and inventory for gas compressor overhaul and restage projects. Perform MRP/DRP activities, create orders, set safety stock/reorder points, produce multi-year parts forecasts, support S&OP material availability, and align inventory strategy with engineering and supply chain.

Serve as a functional-technical Salesforce Customer Success Manager and Business Analyst: partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions, build POCs, configure objects/flows/integrations, develop reports/dashboards, drive product adoption, and create training and documentation. Lead workshops, ensure sustainable designs, and continuously improve solutions.
